Description

Geisinger Camp Spur is found at an unmarked trail junction 1 1/2 miles from the south end of Idaho Trail #58 (Upper Priest Lake Trail #302). Turn west off the main trail here, onto a narrow path through the forest to go to the Geisinger Trail camp.

This forest path descends gradually for about 1/2 mile. Upper Priest Lake comes into view through the trees just before the path ends at Geisinger trail camp with its sandy beach, bear lockers, picnic tables, fire pits, and plenty of room for tents.

Flora & Fauna

Mixed conifer forest, mostly conifers. Wildflowers. Deer live here.
