Starts from behind the Awa Odori Museum and winds its way up through the park to the summit, using both stairs, paved surfaces, and rough singletrack. Near the top is fairly technical and rocky, and can be slippery in wet weather or winter conditions.
There is also a cable car, the Bizan Ropeway, that can take visitors part way up the park which starts and ends at the museum. More information here.
