This trail forms a loop that can be easily added to your hike in Horse Gulch. The trail branches off of the Meadow Loop or can be added in conjunction with Mike's Trail. When done counterclockwise, it features a relatively mellow climb uphill and some harder sections on the way down.

This trail has several junctions that are all generally well marked and usually feature maps on metal posts for your route finding convenience.
