Rocky in places but a very run friendly trail.

Description

Starting at the trailhead in Hampton the trail begins on a old gated roadbed. It climbs a little before turning into a narrow bench cut then drops down along Laurel Fork Creek. The trail follows the creek until joining up with the AT.
