This trail is for snowshoeing. It is a portion of the set of trails in the Horseshoe Prairie Nordic Ski Area. The trail is marked by red diamonds and trail junction poles. It courses through an open forest of pine and tamarack trees. This trail is not groomed.
The trail ascends through beautiful forest to link the Tamarack route with Wagon Wheel, Mountain Top and Pine Marten Trail. It becomes moderately steep as it approaches the top.

Parking and restrooms are on the north side of Hwy 204 in the Andies Prairie Sno-Park.
