Need to Know

Public parking by Kapalua Bay usually fills up by 8:00AM so recommend getting a spot by then or you'll need to find parking somewhere on the main road to the parking lot.

Runner Notes

The trail shouldn't be used for trail running given it is highly trafficked and some rocky areas have very uneven in terrain.

Description

The run is an out and back trail either from D.T. Fleming Beach or Kapalua Bay. Both ends start w/ paved paths before reaching dirt and rock paths between Namalu Bay and Oneloa Bay. Most of the trail is along beaches or cliffsides. Views of various bays are along the trail. You'll have numerous chances for picturesque views.
