I didn't personally see restrooms but the Friends of Horicon Marsh map shows restrooms at the upper parking lot.

About 1/3 of this route is gravel doubletrack, and the rest is wide-mowed.
Description
There is a spectacular marsh overlook view from the area of the upper parking lot. This little loop can be combined with the Bachhuber Loop to make a longer run. There is a former trail a little to the west, which is now closed from overuse.
Flora & Fauna
Bring your binoculars to check out a wide variety of birds, especially in the springtime. The marsh is a world-class nesting and resting area for waterfowl and migratory birds.
