Description

This trail begins on Antoine Drive across the street from the White Oak Conference Center. Though it dead-ends at Vogel Creek, grass paths lead to Arncliffe Drive and on to West Gulf Bank Road.

This was originally a golf cart path in the Inwood Forest Golf and Country Club which was opened in 1967 and closed in 2007. In 2011, the City of Houston purchased the 227-acre course for flood control purposes. In March 2020, the Houston Parks Board completed the Inwood Detention Recreation Study, which envisions 12 miles of trails connecting parklets and wild areas around planned stormwater detention basins.
