Easy paved path, some slightly steep grades.

Nice small park overlooking the lake with free parking (State Park parking permit not required). It is scenic. There is a restroom and plenty of shade trees. For running this park has an abandoned road that starts by the restroom and dumpster that is peaceful and relaxing.

This road runs in a loop and has an amazing view of the lake. A few downsides to this park is the traffic can be heard on the road that crosses the lake and along the shore, you'll see trash. Overall nice park to relax. This park is 6.8 miles east from 12th and Alameda in Norman Oklahoma.

Lots of oak trees and unmaintained undergrowth.
