This trail starts from the parking area, then takes an immediate left turn. It follows an old woods road along the woods edge to Ossipee River. The trail turns right, passing by a small sidetrail (on the right). As the trail nears the river, it comes out to a stone wall that was the foundation for an old cabin. The trail continues through a brushy, unmaintained section to the yellow "X" on a tree.

Flora: Eastern Hemlock, Beech, Azalea.
