This trail begins and ends at the Yellow/Red Trailhead on Ralph E Simmons Memorial State Forest. This trail is a gently sloping trail through managed pine forest and sandhill communities. Access to the trailhead is directly off of Lake Hampton Rd and provides ample parking.
