To access
Mount Roraima you need either a local guide or to go on a tour. Local guides can be found for cheap in Paraitepuyn (the launching point for all trips).
Description
From the town of Paraitepuy take the obvious trail to the southeast (just ask anyone). The first two miles will head up hill to the northwest.
After two miles you continue down hill and pass rivers at 3.5, 4.5 and finally 5.5 miles.
Once you cross another river at 8 miles you are soon at the Rio Tek which brings you to the camping site.
