The run starts in a lovely little town. The run through the forest to the top of the waterfall is breathtaking, and the run back has views back across the valley.

From Hmais, you take a dirt road that is quite steep to the base of the valley. At the bottom, you cross one of two old bridges that are beautiful and begin the ascent up steepish terrain till you reach Mazraat et Teffah.

Past this beautiful town, you reach an overlook with a waterfall. To the right of the waterfall lookout,there is a steep stairway down to the plains. From here you stay right and climb the hill to the top of the waterfall where you cross the stream.

After crossing, its a short run to the road that will take you back to town all the while having a great view of the terrain you just traversed. There are many beautiful spots of the trail to be explored as well.
