Description

This run follows the river, climbs gently up bluffs, and drops into creekside valleys. Fine views, on clear days, of Lassen Peak and Mount Shasta.

This run begins in an what seems to be an open field, then gently climbs to the bluffs overlooking the Sacramento River. It continues down to cross Inks Creek, which may be tricky after major storms, then to Yana Camp. It continues on along the river with views of Mt Lassen and Mt Shasta on clear days. Birds and wildlife are abundant.
