Intensive Management wanders through conifer and oak forests, as well as an active working forest, providing a glimpse of commercial logging activity. While slightly less scenic than nearby Calloway Creek and Peavy Arboretum, Intensive Management Trail is an interesting option to change up your typical running loop in the Peavy/Adair Village section of OSU's Research Forest.

The trail can be reached from the south end via parking areas at Peavy Arboretum, from the west by turning off Road 540 at Cronemiller Lake, or from the north off the Calloway Creek Trail.
