The parking lot is small, there is additional parking a 100 yards past the entrance on the other side of the road up the mountain.

Description

It's a fire road for about a half mile past the gate and then take a turn into the pine woods where it's generous singletrack. Then you get to a very short rock scramble up to the boxcar rocks. You can follow either direction for quite a way. Check out the view from the sky!
