Roots and muddy spots are aplenty.
From the parking area, follow the mile-long trail loop as it winds through the forest to the river as you hike along a high bank of the Tittabawassee River. Keep an eye on the sky you may see bald eagles soaring above the river as you run along the path. This trail contains boardwalks, roots, a few muddy spots and two benches for resting.
