Description

It doesn't appear that there is parking for this trail on Pine Hurst Road. Follow the green plastic diamonds.

This trail branches off Pine Hurst Road and follows a moderate grade to its junction with Undercut Path. Undercut Path continues straight, and Ramsey Trail turns right. The trail becomes much steeper the closer to the summit you get. "Ram" is the key takeaway from the name, as you have to be as sure-footed as a billy goat. The trail ends at the Old Bridle Path; turn right for views and the summit of West Rattlesnake.
