Description

The trail is known by its namesake, a spring that empties out into a bathtub. It's accessed via the first right turn after entering the woods north of the pigeon shelter. There is an alternate trail Drop to 4 Corners that runs above this trail (the second right turn after the pigeon shelter) which is a more mountain bike focused route with winding switchbacks.

It's a mostly doubletrack trail from Pigeon Shelter area (the end of the Golf Course Trail) to Fall Line Trail that connects to Brown Rd. It does narrow to singletrack in the lower section. Alternatively, there is a short blazed connector to the ice rink which is useful to connect to the Rainbow and Pfundstein Red-Blue Trail after crossing Pearce Mill Rd.

This trail tends to drain poorly in the lower lying areas between the ice rink and the Fall Line Connector Trail and may often have mud in these spots. This trail is also marked as a horse trail as well.
