The majority of the trails in this area are relatively flat. This trail may include the best descent around. Starting from Timber Mesa, follow this trail downhill and descend down to the highway. It's a nice and easy downhill with a couple of tight switchbacks.
After the highway, the trail traverses a creek and meanders through the woods to eventually connect to the Ice Cave Trail #608.
