“A fun and varied trail with some ups and downs and all kinds of singletrack goodness!”— Aaron Bush
If you start with the southern end, you'll go through a steady climb all the way to the top. Runners will be rewarded with winding descents after crossing over Fuel Road. Many local's prefer to approach from the north (as mapped). After turning onto the trail you'll go through a steeper climb that gets a bit steeper right at the top. Head over Fuel Road to enjoy a nice descent with a few sections of climbing sprinkled in for good fun. Once you near the end, you'll cross over Fuel Road again before ending at Lower Raven #121.
If you did run this counter-clockwise, the turn to the left at the end would complete a loop back to where you started. Turning to the right will quickly head down past the pedestrian-only Fitness Trail #90 to end at the parking area. This trail is a little rocky in places so you may have to slow down and watch your footing.
If it's your first time running the trail, take a few moments to enjoy the views as you reach the top as it has some of the best views of Sierra Blanca. Enjoy!
