This trail provides some challenging singletrack for intermediate runners. There are advanced sections that can be by-passed that will extend your run to 9+ miles. The trail is well-maintained by an active SORBA group and others. Still, there are rocky sections, plenty of roots to test your footwork, and some technical stream crossings that could be daunting for those who don't have much experience yet.

This route is mostly used by cyclists, so be aware for them as you run.
