Description

This trail begins at the visitor center/parking area. Initially, it is highly landscaped and very wide, which can help when trying to get past a few tour buses of visitors. The pathway is a mix of pavement and volcanic stones placed as cobblestones and is thus highly accessible and easy going. The path heads towards Sunrise Peak and terminates at a fork with the Climbing Trail and Descending Trail.
