Description

This trail begins by paralleling Canyon Drive, but then swings to the northeast and takes you farther into the foothills. It connects with the Central Ridge Trail, which you can take back down. There are numerous connectors that can be taken to link the trails making a shorter or longer loop. This trail can be sandy and gopher-pocked in places. The climb isn't overly steep but it is sustained so you'll feel it.
