“This is a slightly up and down trail that heads through trees and along a cliff edge at some points.”
— Aaron Alderman
Features: Birding — River/Creek — Swimming — Views — Wildlife
There will be a slight challenge to run this trail because of some decent climbs.
This trail is a little bit of up and down with good views from cliff edges. There is some poison ivy near the trail but it can be avoided. There are apartments across the river that sort of ruin the natural look of the trail. Overall, it is a relatively easy run that has the option of running back on a paved sidewalk once you pop out of Picket Trail at Chatauqua Park.
Flora & Fauna
