Bikes counter clockwise, hikers may go either direction

Description

From the Camp Glenn Trailhead off Shafter Road, enter the trail at the western edge of the parking lot. Follow the trail counter-clockwise, so keep right at the first intersection. Keep left at the second intersection with the Lawrence Creek Trail and then keep right to return to the parking lot.

This trail is a wide, smooth singletrack trail through mostly open hardwood forest. Watch for poison ivy and stinging nettles growing alongside the trail in the warm months. There are some mild obstacles here that will keep beginners on their toes.

There is a small rocky section with an alternate route, and there are a few rocks alongside the trail.
