Depending which direction you go, this trail begins at Mt. Francis Rd FR9402C and ends at Copper Creek Rd FR53. The southern (lower) part of 260 is part of the Whiskey 30 and 50, Off-Road races.

From north to south, it is a long, rough-in-spots, descent. The upper portion can be used to connect Aspen Creek Trail #48 to the dirt roads near Mt Francis.
