Access this trail from either the Spar Trail or the New Entrance Trail. This trail is a loop, but it makes for a good run in either direction, and 90% of the trail is still good in all weather. Even in the rain, you'll only have to contend with a few muckholes. Watch for old wood structures that are to be replaced, as they can be hazards.
