Like the other trails at Versailles State Park, Grandview Loop can done in either direction. There are rocks and rugged parts, but this trail is characterized by its climbs and its descents.
On hot summer days, you'll notice that the trail can be breezy and comfortable on top of the bluffs, yet stifling in the valleys. It will make you want to work hard to find the breeze again.
