From the north, this two-way multi-use trail starts off the Pinyon Trail in Dorcas Jensen Park. The quality machine-built singletrack quickly climbs up the mountainside. The tread is relatively smooth, but it's steeper. At the 0.40-mile mark, the biking-only Meeker Flow Trail forks off to the left.

After switchbacking up the mountainside, you finally top out at 1.5 miles. Take a rest on the bench and admire the views of the White River Valley. The descent is a little longer at 2.4 miles and is mostly smooth. Runners will end up in Ute Park.

The best access is at Sanderson Hills Park, although you can also access the trail system from Ute Park, 7th Street, and Sage Ridge Road.

This trail was built by Progressive Trail Design. The ERBM Recreation and Park District is leading the charge to build more trails on both district and BLM land.
