A great descent which starts well above treeline and drops into great forest singletrack.

Description

Park at Snowblind campground up Tomichi Pass Rd. (County Rd 888). Run 888 up to the treeline; you'll find a trail sign marking the beginning of the Canyon Creek Trail. It starts off with an ascent up a significant grade where you'll gain nearly a 1,000 vertical feet up a rugged and loose series of switchbacks. Its a bit tough but a long, delightful descent follows; the steeper sections are closer to the top and the trail gradually eases in grade as you lose elevation.
