This trail is open to two-way traffic, and crosses forest trails with vehicular traffic, which has the right of way.
Description
Section 7-8 is a trail through varied terrain, a short sand section, and a couple forest road crossings. Beginning at signpost 7, it takes you through rolling hills at the south face of the moraine to the overlook, which has somewhat overgrown, but still allows some views of West Branch. Then comes a sandy descent with a somewhat steep climb out to a rolling wooded trail. This section undulates with a couple short climbs and downhills, with forest road crossings ending at signpost 8.
