“A moderate trail leading through Rorhbaugh plains.”

There are many rocky spots and often uneven footing. This trail is great for trail running but use shoes that grip as the rocks can be slippery and there are mud puddles depending on the season.
This trail begins with gentle incline but then is easy going through forest with mossy rocks and rhododendron. Farther down the trail you have multiple opportunities for beautiful expansive views right off trail from rock outcroppings. It's good to wear proper shoes with grip as the rocks can be slippery and the trail is occasionally muddy in the first section.
Access this trail from Laneville Rd. to Forest Road 75 (gravel), where there is parking at the trailhead.
