Description

The trail is fairly level and straightforward to follow, but you do cross the river 32 times each way, so expect some wet shoes. At the end of the trail is a historical schoolhouse that was used back in 1901. There are 3 campgrounds along the trail to accommodate backpackers, but the trail can easily be done in a day if you'd rather not carry a bunch of gear.

Zane in his hammock just steps from the schoolhouse. Got there around 6:00 PM and had the whole place to ourselves.
