“A loop through the differing ecosystems of the Enchanted Forest Sanctuary.”— Ryan Spr
The trail runs east along the north bank of the Addison Canal before looping back north over a short boardwalk before running west back to the visitor center. The Coquina Trail intersects the north side of the trail, which leads over the Addison Canal.
The Biodiversity Loop Trail is wide enough for two to navigate and free of obstacles.

Cooper’s Hawks, Eastern Screech-Owls, Northern Bobwhites, Long-tailed Skipper, Queen, White Peacock, Gray Hairstreak, Blue Dasher, Halloween Pennant, and Green Darner.
