— Gav Wilson
Open sunrise to sunset.
Traylor Ranch Bird Sanctuary features lots of trails that can be done in any order making for a variety of runs through the scenic sanctuary.
Features: Birding — Wildflowers — Wildlife
All the trails are well-kept, singletrack, and the maps are great at the entrances, giving multiple routes based on what you want to see.
There are 3 entrances, with bathrooms located at the northernmost entrance. There is normally lots of parking and lots of birds to see.
You can start anywhere, and loop around part or all of the park; this run shows a route through most of the major trails, but any route is possible.
Key trail features are for ornithologists as there are many nesting birds species and habitats, but everyone will enjoy birdwatching in this scenic setting.
