Description

The Daniel Boone Trail starts at the Daniel Boone Visitor Information Center and follows the old roadbed of U.S. Highway 58 through the flat, overgrown, grassy areas of Cumberland Gap.

The trail can get muddy in many places and there are four short footbridges over some places where the trail can get flooded. This is an easy and mostly flat trail that contrasts well with the mountain pass.
