The Ridgeline Trail runs along the spine of the northern end of the Ponderosa State Park peninsula. The northern end starts with a junction with the Huckleberry Trail
and the southern end connects with the closed road near the Lily Marsh.
It is easy running except for a couple of short sections of large basalt rock. At the southern end, the trail makes a couple of switchbacks on these rocks; take that section slow as the footing can be loose.
This trail is not open to mountain bikers and isn't used very much. There are a couple of nice views along the trail.
