Description

The Fourth of July Trail #173 is a steady, but mostly gradual, climb from the Fourth of July Campground to Cerro Blanco Trail #79. The trail climbs through dense woods and provides access to the Manzano Mountain Wilderness Area. Runners also have the option to head north on the Albuquerque Trail #78 to make a loop or continue straight past this trail junction to the trail's end at the Cerro Blanco Trail.
