Starting at the junction with the Farms to Forest Trail, follow the yellow-blazed Farms To Forest Extension Trail as it winds through gently rolling pastoral knolls now overgrown with dense hardwood forests. After about a half mile, the trail begins to descend gently from the hillside to the peaceful waters of Quantico Creek below. At the creek, take time to enjoy the natural surroundings as you keep an eye out for signs of beaver activity in the vicinity.

Continuing on the trail, trek back up the hill to the end of the extension in a junction with the Farms to Forest Trail.

Beaver activity has been spotted along this trail. Keep your eyes peeled, as you just might see one!
