Runner Notes

Loose rocks, sand, and some rutted tracks from equestrian travel.

Description

A short connector trail sloping east. If you follow it downhill, enjoy sweeping views of the Phoenix valley and the mountains nestled within and beyond. Also notice large stands of trees in foreground just beyond the park. These unexpected plants hint at the history of this side of town.

Flora & Fauna

Your standard Sonoran scene. Cholla, palo verde, saguaro and the hardy wildlife that enjoy this wild and rugged landscape.
