Description

This trail starts off as a paved road and turns into a trail about a quarter mile in. This allows for a nice warm up. Along this loop there is not too much elevation and there is plenty of space for multiple runners.

The trail follows along the Charles River, winding through Cutler Park and Millennium Park. It starts and ends near Kendrick Pond, and there are plenty of opportunities to spot wetland wildlife between the pond and the river.
