A smooth, easy trail with minimal obstacles and very small elevation change.

Description

This loop can be accessed from the trailhead off of Millhopper Road. The trail is mostly singletrack with a section of doubletrack where it coincides with the Spring Grove Trail. The trail heads through pinelands and sandy hammocks and you'll see some ponds and swampy areas along the way. The trees provide plenty of shade for summer running.
