This trail has a steep climb to the top, but it gets better every step you take. With several viewpoints, there's never a dull moment!

Stay on the trail for the most part. African wildlife is not something to take lightly.

The parking lot is conveniently located next to the trailhead. The trailhead is very easily marked and is well traveled by many. You'll be traveling through lots of trees and flowers. The area sort of feels as if you are in the middle of the jungle, with large trees, vibrant flowers, and vines that intertwine themselves throughout the trail.

It really is a beautiful run in and of itself, even without the views. But, of course, the views are what makes this run. There are several viewpoints as you climb to the top of the trail, many of which get better as you climb higher. The highest point is where you can sometimes see all the way to Mozambique on a clear day! Absolutely one of the best trails in the area.
