Easy going can be had along this connector trail, if you're hoping for a mellow route.
This route is an easy gravel trail leading through spruce and aspen forests from the Denali Visitor Center to the Horseshoe Lake Trail
. Along the way, it also provides access to the Rock Creek Trail
and Mt. Healy Trail
. There are some easily navigated open ditches that interrupt the otherwise very smooth tread.
