Runner Notes

About half of this is paved road (Oregon Road) and the other half is dirt (abandoned) road or right of way. It connects Merestead County Park to the Meyer Preserve in Mt. Kisco/Armonk.

Description

At Byram Lake Road, take Oregon Road up the hill to the end (about 0.4 miles) and it dead ends. Continue on the dirt portion of what was formerly Old Oregon Road (this is now abandoned and a nature trail).

Continue down to a "T" intersection. You are now in the Meyer Preserve. Take a left to go towards the Armonk section and take a right to go downhill towards Sarles Rd and the Mt. Kisco and Meadow portions. You can also loop the Meyer Preserve and get back to Oregon Road.
