Start at the lower Patrullarve gondola station and head south on the wide path. The trail will begin to climb shortly. Stay on the main path at the first two trail intersections to your right. After the second intersection, the path will make a hard left turn to for a big switchback. To shortcut the switchback, continue straight up the mountain. Make the left to continue on the main trail which will soon swing back around to the right and then head up the mountain again. Towards the top, the trail will make a sweeping turn to the right before you arrive at Sunnegga.
