“A great connector trail from Swampy Summit to the Silver Peaks.
— Almonzo Wilder
A bit steep and brushy in places, and with some less-than-ideal footing, but generally a good run.
From the north end of Swampy Summit Road
, this track descends steeply via a beautiful open ridgeline through grassy fields and flax. Views toward Blueskin Bay and the Silver Peaks are marvelous. As the trail descends it intersects with the Burns Track
, which heads southeast toward Leith Saddle
. Just past this point, a fork in the trail leads either to Semple Road or the Silver Peaks Track
on its way to Pulpit Rock.
