This is THE ideal Snowbasin trail for attaining the summit. If you're looking for a massive hill workout, look no further than this trail.

Description

This is the easiest way up from Earls Lodge to Needles Lodge. Along the way you'll encounter excellent scenery through dozens of switchbacks on a mostly hard packed surface. Expect occasional rocky sections, loose rocks, and roots. Unlike most trails in this area, there is a good mix of shade and sun - but prepare for warm temps!
