Deep ruts are common, and snakes are native to this area.
Description
The trailhead begins near a parking area by the RV camping at Watonga Lake. The trail follows an old off-road vehicle trail that has some washed out areas causing deep ruts in spots. Be sure to keep your wits about you, snakes are a common sight here.
When reaching the end of the trail either return from whence you came or continue on to explore Inspiration Point.

You may encounter snakes, as well as rabbits and armadillos.
